An Overview of Williamsburg and Its Real Estate

Williamsburg is home to a diverse mix of hipsters, artists and ethnic groups. Throughout the neighborhood, there are old industrial buildings that have been repurposed into residential spaces like the Domino Sugar Factory along with galleries and commercial spaces. These gentrified buildings were the main draw of artists during the 1970s. Today, the neighborhood is popular with hipsters due to its cool art and music scene along with a growing housing supply. Williamsburg Brooklyn apartments and condos are also popular for renters due to its easy, convenient and quick access to Manhattan.
